PTA
Parent Volunteers
We are extremely fortunate to have an active group of parents who volunteer their time and skills to help build links within our school community of parents, staff and pupils,
The PTA organises much-loved social events and fundraising activities throughout the year, including the annual disco, Christmas parties, Bingo and Cinema nights, cake sales and the summer fête. The PTA runs a Second-hand Uniform Shop which is open the first Saturday of every month, 9:15am to 11am.
The funds raised by the PTA go towards extra resources and activities that enhance the boys' school experience and, for example, coaches on all school trips. Many fond memories are made at these events.

At College, parents are encouraged to get involved via the Victoria College Parents’ Association. The VCPA committee meets six times a year, holds parent forums and distributes funds to support school and enrich the boys’ time at College. It also runs Nearly New Uniform shop.
The primary aims of the VCPA are to:
- Provide feedback loop between parents and staff on school policy and education ideas
- Distribute funds contributed to it to enhance their academic and co-curricular experience at College.
- Organise activities for parents to attend school to feel part of the school and understand what makes it so special
- Support school events

Both groups always warmly welcome new members, and offer a great opportunity to make friends and get to know the respective schools better.
